There are many opportunities for students to acquire scholarships and grants to help fund their college education.

• The Counseling Center posts current scholarships on a bulletin board in the office.  Check often as they change periodically as the deadlines come to a close.
• There are many free, reputable search engines that students can utilize to find scholarship information.  Here ar just a few. (See right bar)

It is not necessary to pay an individual or company to locate funding sources.  With some time and patience, students can search the same sites and get the same results.  There are no magic formulas to finding money - just a little effort and motivation.
