About Me: Hello!  I am Mrs. Sargent, and welcome to my Regents Living Environment page!  I have been teaching in Medina for many years and I have loved every minute of it!  Medina is a great place to be and I enjoy working and living in this community.  My husband, Jody Sargent, also works at the high school and we have a son in the district as well.   

I was born in Buffalo, NY and attended Clarence H.S., studied at Daemen College for my B.S. and recieved my M.S. from the University at Buffalo. 

I have such an exciting job here at Medina, teaching my students about the world around them.  We focus our studies on the living components of the planet and dive into experiments that stress inquiry and student exploration.  The Living Environment course has five class sessions a week, and two to three lab classes per week.  This course is worth one credit towards graduation.  I look forward to working with all of you and having a successful school year!
