About Me: This is Mr. Luthart and I currently teach 8th grade and High School Health classes. This is my 26th year of teaching, with the last 22 being in the Medina school district.
I was born in Batavia, NY and moved to Medina as a young child. While at MHS, I participated in football and lacrosse. Following graduation, I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served four years. Attending SUNY Brockport was my next endeavor. I earned my BS in Health Science and my MS in Liberal Arts while there. My teaching career began in Albion for four years before returning to Medina.
Currently at MHS, I am an assistant varsity football and lacrosse coach. In addition, I train athletes from all sports in the weight room year round. Teaching, coaching, and training young adults is a very rewarding experience for me. I hope to continue doing so for many years to come.
