Prerequisite:  DDP, Intro to Principles of Engineering

Students construct advanced projects to explore rocketry. The class is spent in both the computer lab and the shop. The projects completed will be used to compete in a national rocketry competition (T.A.R.C.). The competition involves designing and testing rockets to reach exact heights and flight times while carrying a payload. The goal is to reach nationals in Washington D.C. and compete to win $150,000 in college scholarships.
