About Me:
I grew up in Olcott, NY and attended Newfane Senior High School, graduating in 1994. After receiving a Bachelors of Commerce, with a concentration in Marketing, from Niagara Universtiy, I worked full-time in the automotive industry doing public relations and marketing. A few years later I decided to return to Niagara University, and received my Masters of Science, Secondary Education in 2001. I am N.Y.S. Certified to teach Business and Distributive Education (K-12).
What began as a long-term substitute position in the fall of 2001, became a permanent position with the Medina Central School District. My teaching experiences include but are not limited to: Skills for Success, a transition program; Desktop Publishing/Yearbook; Keyboarding; Career & Financial Management; Financial Mathematics; Personal Finance; (Computer) Technology 8. I have also been the Medina Mirror Yearbook advisor for over ten years. In 2015 I began as the co-advisor of the Senior Class. A member of the Mustang Mission team, I am so proud of all that has been accomplished and how we've made a positive impact - especially the Mustangs Make an Impact Day, offering volunteer and community service opportunites.
My husband and I have been married since 1997 and have two children, a daughter and a son. We enjoy camping, fishing, snowmobiling, racing and more. To round out the family we have 2 cats and 2 dogs.
