This page is dedicated to providing you with important dates and information about our 8th grade trip to Washington, D.C.

 

This year our trip dates are: Wed. June 5, - Fri. June 7, 2024

*Students must be at the HS no later than 7:30 A.M. on Wednesday, June 5* (PACK YOUR D.C. CLASS SHIRT FOR THURSDAY)

 

- Wash, D.C. Interest Slip due: October 27, 2023  

- Wash, D.C. Parent/Guardian meeting: November 16, 2023 at JSHS Auditorium 6 P.M.  

- Room assignment meeting: March 14, 2024 

- Health Forms & Copy of Insurance Card due: April 30, 2024 

 

**IMPORTANT***

Students must have a doctor's note for any prescription or non-prescription drugs, otherwise, they will not be allowed to have their medicine on the trip!

 

Payment due dates:

- Initial deposit due: January 12, 2024 ($175.00) 

- 1st payment due: March 1, 2024 ($175.00)   

- Final payment due: April 12, 2024 ($175.00)   

All trip checks are made out to Medina JSHS   /   Insurance checks made out to 1st Choice Educational Tours
